Bryce Beller
President
Bryce started as ServiceMaster by F.E.S.' first technician in 2002. He then worked his way up to the company owner and president. He strives for further education in the industry and puts his employees first. He is someone that wants you to not only do well in the company but in life. He believes that if you part ways from the company but learned a new trade or have become a well-rounded person then he has achieved his goals. He believes with this approach in life most everything else will fall into place.
Keith Owens
Construction Project Manager & Sales
Keith has a plethora of knowledge in the commercial and residential industry and has no problem running all sized repair projects. From the intial building permit to the completion paper work he can do it all. Building a home from the ground up from a builder in comparison to rebuilding a home from a large disaster is much more of an effort to put in. Coming to an agreement directly with the insurance company and following all codes necessary to finalize the work he will answer the call. Paying homage to the fact that Keith put his country before himself as a Marine for 17 years. He is currently the head of a Marine Corps League (Detachment 1396) as to continue that service to the Marines. We appreciate his service to our country and all other veterans and current service members.
Alan Pope
General Manager
Alan Has been in the contruction and mitigation industry for most of his life. He has been working in the ServiceMaster Franchise system for over a decade. Customer service is a top priority for him as we grow through the years. He believes that when you do the right thing and take care of the customer, growth and profits will follow. He is highly decorated in the industry with most all of the IICRC certifications that are available.
Ty Despain
Office & Warehouse Coordinator
Ty brings extensive franchise knowledge coming from the Papa John’s Brand. He was with them for 20 of the 38 years they have been in business. With Ty knowing business systems and the flow of our work he is a valuable starting step to processing claims with the homeowners and the insurance companies. He also helps oversee the crews in the mitigation field and keeps our warehouse in check for storage of customers contents.
Jamie Beller
Office Administrator
Jamie has over 20 years working in management and office positions from being a GM at Buffalo Wild Wings to a Bank teller and then entering the Tital world for over 12 years. She is now a Real estate Agent and runs the office here at ServiceMaster by FES. She has a self-motivated need to make sure everyone and everything is in place and efficient. She creates a good atmosphere within a business that can be a whirlwind most days.
